Hasn't the Revolution helped Cuba?

We helped Castro, if you will remember. Cuba qualifies for sustainable development because they haven't had the funds to do much development. Yes, more people get basic healthcare, but a dictatorship for 50 years has not done much else for most Cubans. Many would gladly have the rich cles back for a chance at a "Cuban dream." And small enterprises are popping up all over, a sign that just like in China, people want to make their own money.
