I need help with this question..?

I plan on going to Clarkson College after I graduate High School and get either my RN-BSN...but where I recieve this degree would be in Omaha Nebraska, but then plan to move away to a different state, if i were to do this would I have to take a test for that state in order to be a nurse there? I hope that made sense, Im not sure if it was just a bunch of blabber!
