Overseas Housing?

If you are on orders to Germany and you are married but your spouse doesn't want to come and you get the ignment changed from a with dependents tour to a single tour. Are you authorized BAH still or do you lose your BAH? And is this a geographic bachelor. I read that since I would have the orders changed because she din't come it would read a without dependents tour and I will be able to get BAH for her zipcode and if there are no room's in the barricks I will be authorized housing allowance at the without dependent rate. BTW I'm a SSG I have never been igned overseas. Thanks and major props for anyhelp.
