We helped Castro, if you will remember. Cuba qualifies for sustainable development because they haven't had the funds to do much development. Yes, more people get basic healthcare, but a dictatorship for 50 years has not done much else for most Cubans. Many would gladly have the rich cles back for a chance at a "Cuban dream." And small enterprises are popping up all over, a sign that just like in China, people want to make their own money.

I would like to appreciate my staff but I feel tired nowadays doing so because they tend to go overboard. When you appreciate them in order to encourage them, by giving /treating them meals and gifts, they start to make it an obligation for the company to do so OFTEN because they feel that they (the staff) are 'important' ets and that the company needs to 'thank' them, and by saying this, my staff wants to be 'thanked' almost all the time. I feel that it is getting way out of hand. I really do not know what to do. My policy is to train people to be a better person for their own good and for the better of their families (cause most of the people I hire are from difficult backgrounds). At our company we make it a point that our staff become people that can contribute to the good of the society. But perhaps somewhere along the way I managed wrongly(so what should I be doing??!!) and instead I turned them into greedy people(greed for unnecessary benefits,greed for material and monetary gifts,etc etc) that think they are too smart for themselves. I was induced with pitocin, also had my water break by the doctors with my first preganacy. It will seem scary to you because its something new but try your best to stay calm. Its a safe procedure. and not harmful to the baby at all. I have heard that induction contractions are stronger than contractions coming on their own but im not to sure hor true that is. Outlet not working?

ok heres the deal in my kitchen i have 4 plugs that are on the same breaker 2 of them are working and 2 of them are not i took off the plate and plulled out the outlet i used a circit tester to test the wires when i put the tester on the black and white wire nothing happens white to ground nothing black to ground i get a light. any idea what is wrong? ps: this is a 25 year old house it dosent have the outlets with the little test and reset ons please help thanks

What can I do?

Well I stepped up my game Sopre year and the only cl I struggled in was Trigonometry (I was placed in Algebra 1 in 8th grade, never should have been, I'm terrible at math and now have to deal with being a year ahead when I shouldn't be). I got around an 85-87 average for the year last year. I plan on taking an SAT prep cl this August and take the PSAT. If I can keep my pace and get around an 85 my Junior year, get a good SAT score, and then have a very good 1st semester Senior year, do I have a chance of getting into Michigan? I'm really pissed at myself for slacking my freshman year. What are my chances?

I know it sounds weird but before my period was always on time just like clock work give or take a day or two at most. now within the last 4 months it has been crazy and I have been 9, 11, 12 days late and now i am 15 days late this month. within the last 3 months i have unexpectedly gained 30 pounds very quickly with no change in my eating habit's and i workout 3-5 days a week. I am always feeling hot. there has not been a change in my stress level except for stress about weight gain. I started having periods at 9 and half years. Since i started having periods at a early age could i also be going through menopause at such a early age? I am NOT pregnant. I have taken multiple test over the last couple of months and they are all negative. My doctor did not seem too concerned so should i be concerned or get a second opinion?

Ok cut a long story short I met a hotel receptionist whilst on holiday abroad last year, we completely hit it off striaght away everything was rosie we chatted every day then i went back for a couple of weeks a month or so later and we had a absolute blast. Ok it's a long story but I'll try and make it short. I have a big group of friends and I used to always hook up with the 2 hottest guys, Matt & Jay. i filled a gl with water upto brim. Gently placed a cover lid on it. When i tried to hold it upside down the water didn't spill!!!! Lid was also stuck to the gl. I'm a 14 and a half year old guy and me and my friends just finished year 9. To celebrate we decided to go to the movies. (Harry potter! XD) anyway... We were about half way through the film and I turned to my friend to comment on a funny reference in the movie, only to notice that he was practically eating his new girlfriends face. This happened a lot during the movie, which I am fine with. Only, after all the hi-fives and bad puns I started felling sad/jealous... I too am in similar condition, but i dont have kids to worry about. A false case was slapped on us.. which has become a tough job for them to prove with evidence, now they are ready to drop all charges in exchange for taking back my wife. Its around 2 yrs now contesting in court. But pls take note all false allegations were told in court without batting an eyelid. But no evidence. Now how do i beleive it wont happen again if i take her back ?? should i go for divorce? Hi everyone I want to start the P90X soon, I have the DVD's and everything, but I have some questions. I've been working out for 7 months, running 3 miles 3-5 days a week and many squats and lunges, as well as pilates. I haven't gone to the gym in two weeks, but that is because of university midterms. Anyways, is this program for me, I really want to lose 15 pounds or more, maybe not that much but at least go down 2 sizes! I also want to know about the diet...it seems like they want me to eat a lot of protein, but I don't eat meat. Any alternatives or suggestions..I'm 5'5'' 125 pounds!

My only thought is that with women, hormonal issues lead us to consume vast quantities of chocolate, and to emotional eating. Women tend to curl up on the couch with the remote or a book. Dogs eat when their humans give them food. They exercise when their humans take them for walks. My thought is that dogs that are fat are that way because of their owners in at least 95% of cases. I have a Golden with hypothyroid...he got huge for a while. His thyroid contributed, but my husband and I are the ones who continued to fill his bowl to the top and let him eat to his heart's content. He still got lots of exercise, but too much food is too much food. After measuring his food for the last several years (to appropriate levels), he's back to his lean self. I think ALL dog diets and exercise programs need to be controlled, not just after spaying.

Strive for good marks on all your ignments and go above and beyond the requirements for your presentation. If you get an A++ on your presentation and really impress the teacher, he or she may feel bad about giving you a low grade overall due to one stupid little exam and may bring up your grade a bit. Also, talking to professors in office hours (or if you're in high school, talking to them after school) tends to bring your grade up slightly.

Sure it can, there are many home boilers that use #2 oil (road diesel) for heating. However, you must carefully study the boiler to be sure there are no negative consequences of changing the fuel. Kerosene has less heat content, is less viscous and burns easier than #2 oil. You may be able to change the burner tip orifice to compensate for this, but I would contact the boiler manufacturer to see if this is possible. You also may have to change the ignition system to adapt to the other fuel.

Weight restriction during pregnancy: how serious should I take it?

I was pregnant last year and I lost it. :( I lost it due to a chromosome defect that the doctors don't think should happen again. So my husband and I are trying again. When I got pregnant last year, they put me on a 20 lb. weight restriction. I was unable to do my normal job at work and I felt like everyone had to wait on me. I hated it. My body is used to the lifting that I do at work and I didn't think it would hurt to continue, but I did what the doc said. Now we're trying again and when we get pregnant we don't want to tell everyone right away this time for fear that I'll have to go through the heartache again of having to tell everyone that I lost it. But if I'm on weight restriction, everyone is going to know. Do you think it would hurt to not tell anyone and continue with my normal job? The max amount of weight I have to lift is 35 lbs, but I may have to lift that much up to 25 times a day. I also work out and lift more than that during weight training. What to do?

okay my right ear is really having some problems, im 14 just to let you know. My ear has this feeling like when you get water in it or when you change altitude in the mts but it wont go away! i had strep throat last week and it kindof started then, like when i was congested it would do this, but would go away when my nose cleared. But this is just staying there! We put some hydrogen peroxide in there and it bubbled for a while like it was dissolving something and it eventually stopped, i emptied it out and it was still like this! It actually got worse! i stuck a q-tip into my ear all the way to my eardrum and theres nothing there! Its really aggravating and we tried everything so far, i took a Claritan (maybe a side effect of it?). And that didnt help either! and how yawning and swallowing usually helps but it seems that nothing works! anyone know what the deal is?

Abortions being illegal leads to more women either hurting themselves, or going to cheap facilities that are unsanitary and getting infections, becoming infertile due to bad practice, or even dying. Also, more unwanted children could mean more neglected or abandoned (as in dumpsters) babies, and homes where children grow up abused. just before christmas a a so called friend told everyone that i stole a blank check and cashed it... a few days ago a ran into some people and found out that she had been telling people that she told everyone that she had me arrested for this, would this be considered slander? I was never arrested. The police never contacted me, instead she went to others and cried to them and said she now had no money to buy presents to for christmas and scammed everyone else.
