My car battery is brand new but the vehicle doesn't start, all accessories work but car wont start. Help?

I just put a brand new battery into a 1992 Plymouth Voyager and hooked everything up correctly and the bells and all the dinging sounds, lights, radio and wipers, etc. work just as they would normally but when I go to turn the key to start the vehicle it wont do a thing. Help please! I need this vehicle to transport my stuff since Im moving on 12/1
