I need help from girls?

ok. so i like this girl a lot and she sais she likes me a lot, but she said she doesnt want to go out with me right now. but she also sais she likes my friend. but she ims me every night. told me she wants to kiss me (but i havnt seen her since that so i dont know if she really does) and is holds my hand and touched me a lot. so is she just leading me on or do you think she just isnt ready to date anyone right now. im confused
