Is it true Vijay.M? Dowry act can be against bride/wife also?

Is it true Vijay.M? Dowry act can be against bride/wife also? then it will be easy while settling the issues pertaining heavy demand of money by wife and her parents... right? Ya, these modern age girls are lot unstable and dont have a mind of their own and settling in life. The girls parents too interfere a lot in the lives of married life of them. I too am in similar condition, but i dont have kids to worry about. A false case was slapped on us.. which has become a tough job for them to prove with evidence, now they are ready to drop all charges in exchange for taking back my wife. Its around 2 yrs now contesting in court. But pls take note all false allegations were told in court without batting an eyelid. But no evidence. Now how do i beleive it wont happen again if i take her back ?? should i go for divorce? As now the love and trust in her is lost, when she uttered false things on taking oath which is a great shock to me, and i always thought she loved me very much. :-(
