Problem with eBay?

We sold many of the same product on eBay. Today our items go removed of Trademark Violation. They're so many Powersellers who are selling Brand name porducts and they're not authorized Resellers. Is there a way to go around eBay or opening a eBay Store helps that items not get pulled from eBay??? Any tricks would help.
