Skate 2; Handplant on rail help?

I have Skate 2 for Xbox 360 and I'm stuck on the photo shoot for Thrasher where you have to do a handplant on a rail (it's called 'Oi! Lets skate' or something like that) and I keep pumping and then doing ollies, then pressing RB and moving the right stick but nothings happening, any help?
