What do I do if I have technology ideas that would revolutionize companys, like Microsoft but I can't build it?

I have designed a lot of technolgies that can be used around the world and would revolutionize what a company such as Microsoft or Yahoo or Google. What do I do if I cannot built it myself because I do not have the expertise but I know it can be built?
