Will the Ginn Racing Team Sell off the #13 team by the next Race at INDY for the points & Lock in to start?

Bobby Ginn has said that he will run thee 13 if a sponsor becomes available. Joe Nemachek has been told to look for another ride but is still employed by Ginn Racing. Also the sale of the points must be ok'ed by NASCAR before anything can happen. As of today NASCAR probably won't allow it.
